Evercast Presenter app: data access, collection, use, maintenance, and sharing

When you use the Evercast Presenter app for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet (“Conferencing Platform”), we may access, collect, use, maintain, and share certain data necessary for providing our services.

1. Data Access & Collection

We may collect and process the following Conferencing Platform-related data:

  • Meeting metadata (such as meeting ID, time, duration, and participant details).
  • User account details required for authentication and integration.
  • Audio and video streams, strictly for real-time collaboration. Evercast does not store this data beyond the session unless explicitly permitted by the user.
  • Usage data, including how users interact with Evercast’s features within the Conferencing Platform.

We do not collect or store Conferencing Platform chat messages, private meeting content, or any other user-generated data unless explicitly authorized by the user.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this information to:

  • Enable Evercast’s real-time collaboration features.
  • Improve service performance and optimize user experience.
  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Live session data is processed in real-time and is not retained beyond the session duration unless explicitly saved by the user.

3. Data Maintenance & Retention

  • Evercast retains only necessary metadata and authentication logs for as long as required to provide services, ensure security, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Meeting content, including audio and video, is NOT stored after the session unless explicitly saved by the user.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • Evercast does not sell user data.
  • We may share necessary integration data with the Conferencing Platform to facilitate service functionality.
  • Trusted third-party service providers may assist in delivering Evercast features, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
